Productive I.T. is the parent company of Creagency, Grow Your Therapy Practice, JetSites and ProductiveSocial. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our companies and services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or harmful information, or using automated tools to collect content in a way that burdens the site.

Our services are covered by separate agreements

Information on this site is general and is not an offer or a contract. Any website, marketing, design, social media or support services we provide are governed by the proposal, order or service agreement you accept with us or with the relevant brand. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on this site, email us or call us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, the service you are interested in and your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting platform automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. This is used to operate, secure and improve the site.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to send you a copy. You may also opt out of any marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. Residents of some states, including Alabama, have privacy rights under state law; we will respond to requests as those laws require.
